표 1의 데이터는 정상군과 비교하여 모델군에서 섬유주골의 두께(Tb.Th), 섬유주골의 수(Tb.N) 및 섬유주골의 정적 매개변수 골부피율(BV/TV)이 모두 유의하게 감소하였고(p &lt;0.05), 섬유주골의 분리(Tb.Sp)가 증가하였음을 나타낸다(p &lt;0.05); 쥐의 대퇴골 골단(trabecular epiphysis)의 섬유주 뼈가 풍부한 영역에서 섬유주 뼈의 뼈 구조가 탈골다공증 후 현저히 파괴되었음을 나타내며, 이는 명백한 손상을 나타냅니다.

그림 4 는 각 그룹에서 쥐 뼈 해면 매트릭스의 3차원 구조 이미지를 보여줍니다. 그림 4A 는 정상 그룹, 그림 4B 는 모델 그룹, 그림 4C 는 화염 바늘 그룹입니다. 그림에서 알 수 있듯이 정상군에 비해 모델군에서 대퇴골 해면기질의 중심부와 주변부까지 많은 수의 섬유주가 소실되었고, 하부에 많은 수의 충치가 나타났다. 뼈 구조의 전체적인 연속성이 손상되어 자유 뼈 섬유주(free bone trabeculae)의 일부가 나타났다. 모델군과 비교했을 때, 화염침군에서 대퇴골의 해면골의 중심부와 주변부의 섬유주(trabeculae)의 두께가 크게 증가하였으며, 전체적인 골구조의 연속성이 개선되었다. 이는 불의 바늘이 난소 절제술에 의한 골다공증의 쥐 모델에서 대퇴골의 해면골의 섬유주 구조를 보호할 수 있음을 시사합니다.
