Rapid Separation and Display of Active Fibrinogenolytic Agents in Sipunculus nudus through Fibrinogen-Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis

전기영동 후 마커의 모든 밴드가 명확하게 표시되었습니다. 1x SDS-PAGE 로딩 레인은 10kDa 대역(브로모페놀 청색)만 표시했습니다. sFE 및 땅콩 웜 샘플에서는 관찰 가능한 띠가 나타나지 않았습니다(그림 1). 샘플의 밴드는 보이지 않지만 마커와 브로모페놀 블루의 성능은 전기영동이 성공적이었음을 나타내며 샘플은 분자량에 따라 분리되었습니다.
