Guide Rna Injection

Guide RNA injection is a genome-editing technique that introduces a designed guide RNA into cells or embryos to direct targeted genetic modification. The guide RNA binds a complementary DNA sequence and guides an associated CRISPR-Cas nuclease, such as Cas9, to that site, where the nuclease creates a targeted break that can be repaired to disrupt, replace, or modify genetic material. In bioengineering, guide RNA injection supports gene-function studies, creation of engineered model organisms, and investigation of disease-associated mutations. Its precision and adaptable sequence design make it valuable for developing experimental therapies and advancing biological research.
