Sow the seed and cover it with the soil.

Allow the plant to grow.

The bacteria localize near the root in a zone called the rhizosphere.

PSB converts insoluble soil phosphates into soluble forms.

Meanwhile, PNSB fixes nitrogen by converting atmospheric nitrogen gas into ammonia.

The plant absorbs the soluble phosphates and ammonia, which facilitates its growth.

Additionally, PNSB excretes phytohormones or plant growth-promoting substances that further support plant growth.

PNSB also produces bioactive compounds that suppress the growth of pathogenic microorganisms.

During the mid-growth phase of the plant, spray the inoculum mixture into the soil to reinforce microbial activity in the rhizosphere and facilitate plant growth.
