Dit protocol beschrijft de optimalisatie procedures in een virus-gebaseerde Dual fluorescentie-gelabelde tumor xenotransplantaatmodellen is model met behulp van larvale zebravis als gastheren. Dit heterogene xenotransplantaatmodellen is-model bootst de weefsel samenstelling van de micro-omgeving van pancreaskanker na in vivo en dient als een preciezer hulpmiddel voor het beoordelen van geneesmiddel responsen in gepersonaliseerde zpdx (Zebrafish patiënt-afgeleide xenotransplantaatmodellen is) modellen.
