Hier presenteren we het fabricageprotocol van een organisch ladingsgemoduleerd veldeffecttransistor (OCMFET) -gebaseerd apparaat voor in vitro cellulaire interfacing. Het apparaat, een micro OCMFET-array genaamd, is een flexibel, goedkoop en referentieloos apparaat, dat de monitoring van de elektrische en metabole activiteiten van elektroactieve celculturen mogelijk maakt.
