Deze studie schetst een raamwerk voor het ontwikkelen van een geaggregeerde polymicrobiële biofilmmodel en het optimaliseren van een RNA-extractieprotocol om de Pseudomonas aeruginosa genexpressie te beoordelen die representatief is voor de longomgeving bij cystische fibrose.
