De muis heterotope harttransplantatie model is bewezen door vele onderzoekers een belangrijke methode voor het bestuderen van de mechanismen van de afwijzing en immuunrespons worden. Echter, de betrokken technieken zijn nog steeds uitdagend. Door het wijzigen van standaard technieken die we hebben succes gehad met meer dan 1000 transplantaties.

Heterotope harttransplantatie in Muizen

Het murine cervicale harttransplantatie model is geschikt voor immunologische en ischemie-reperfusie schade studies. We pasten de procedure met een niet-hechtingsmanchet techniek en uitgevoerd meer dan 1000 succesvolle transplantaties met deze benadering.  Hierin geven we meer details van deze techniek om de video te vullen.
