Forceps Guided Placement

Forceps Guided Placement is a medical technique that uses forceps to position a device, material, or tissue accurately within the body, improving control during procedures. Under direct or image-based visualization, the forceps grasp, stabilize, and maneuver the target through an access route before releasing it at the intended anatomical location. This approach can support procedures such as tissue handling, implant or device positioning, and minimally invasive interventions, where precision and limited access are important. Proper forceps selection, visualization, and controlled manipulation help reduce unintended movement and improve procedural accuracy, making the technique relevant to clinical training and a range of surgical and interventional applications.

Blood pressure monitoring is one of the essential vital signs, and for a majority of patients, measuring it utilizing non-invasive techniques provides accurate values. However, there are situations in which the blood pressure requires more exact, specific, and reliable measurements.
