Multidimensional Development

Multidimensional development is the process through which individuals change across interconnected physical, cognitive, emotional, social, and cultural dimensions rather than along a single pathway. In psychology, development reflects ongoing interactions among biological maturation, learning, relationships, environmental conditions, and personal experiences, with changes in one domain often influencing others. This framework helps researchers examine how abilities, identity, behavior, and well-being emerge across the lifespan. It also supports more comprehensive assessment and intervention by recognizing individual variation, contextual influences, and the possibility that development may involve both gains and challenges at the same time.

2020

An in vitro model system was developed to capture tissue architectural changes during lung squamous carcinoma (LUSC) progression in a 3-dimensional (3D) co-culture with cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs). This organoid system provides a unique platform to investigate the roles of diverse tumor cell-intrinsic and extrinsic changes that modulate the tumor phenotype.

Clinical Efficacy of an Innovative Multidimensional Traction Therapy in Moderate Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis

Many researchers generate "medium-sized", low-velocity, and multi-dimensional data, which can be managed more efficiently with databases rather than spreadsheets. Here we provide a conceptual overview of databases including visualizing multi-dimensional data, linking tables in relational database structures, mapping semi-automated data pipelines, and using the database to elucidate data meaning.
