Este protocolo descreve a preparação de culturas de fatias organotípicas (OTSCs). Esta técnica facilita o cultivo ex vivo de tecido multicelular intacto. As OTSCs podem ser usadas imediatamente para testar sua respectiva resposta a medicamentos em um ambiente multicelular.
