Прочность и твердость заполнителя

Прочность и твердость являются критическими свойствами материалов заполнителя, используемых в бетоне, особенно на поверхностях тротуаров и промышленных полах, подвергающихся большим нагрузкам. Прочность определяется как сопротивление заполнителя разрушению при ударе и измеряется ударной вязкостью заполнителя (AIV). Для этого проводится испытание ударной вязкости заполнителя, при котором удар наносится стандартным молотком, который свободно падает под собственным весом на заполнители. В процессе заполнители фрагментируются, что количественно определяется ударной вязкостью заполнителя. Чем ниже ударная вязкость, тем прочнее заполнитель.

Твердость определяется как сопротивление заполнителя износу. Тест на абразивную стойкость по методу Лос-Анджелес — это метод оценки твердости путем имитации процессов иноса и истирания для измерения деградации заполнителя. В этом испытании образец вращается в барабане со стальными шарами, которые измельчают заполнитель. Результаты хорошо коррелируют с фактическим износом и прочностью на сжатие бетона, изготовленного с использованием испытанного заполнителя, что делает его надежным индикатором долгосрочных характеристик строительных материалов.
