Capacitance Multiplier Circuit for Larger Capacitance

Description

A capacitance multiplier circuit creates a larger effective capacitance from a small physical capacitor. In integrated circuit technology, this approach is useful when a small capacitor is not enough. The circuit can multiply capacitance by as much as 1000, so a 10-pF capacitor can act like a 100-nF capacitor.
