Collection Overview

Tissue engineering and regenerative medicine is a broad ranging topic that holds immense potential for improving human health. In this collection, we aim to showcase methodology that span the gamut of product development, characterization and assessment for tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. These topics include but are not limited to isolation and modification of stem cells and their products, identification and delivery of bioactive molecules, development and characterization of bioactive and robust biomaterials, assessment methodologies for in vitro and in vivo studies, and application of tissue-on-a-chip technologies.
