Dr. Vandal received his PhD in Physics in 2020 from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts. As part of his graduate studies, he worked on simulations of cytoskeletal cargo transport to understand the bio-mechanical properties of molecular motors. In 2021, he joined Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, as a post-doctoral fellow. He currently studies the cellular metabolism of breast cancer in relation to the cytoskeletal network.
