Gengxin Liu has been an assistant professor at the Center for Advanced Low-dimensional Materials at Donghua University, Shanghai, China since 2018. He received his PhD from the Department of Polymer Science at the University of Akron (2015) and his BS from the Department of Polymer Science and Engineering at the University of Science and Technology of China (2010). His research group (softmatters.org) works on the dynamics of giant molecules, nonlinear rheology of entangled polymers, and novel rheological instrumentations.
