Dr. Tejabhiram Yadavalli is an assistant professor in the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He directs the Ocular Drug Discovery and Delivery Lab, where his research integrates material science, nanotechnology, and virology to develop novel drug delivery systems for treating ocular diseases. With a PhD in nanotechnology and postdoctoral training in ocular virology, Dr. Yadavalli has published over 50 scientific articles and contributed to multiple patents. His lab focuses on translational platforms that enhance therapeutic efficacy, reduce dosage frequency, and improve patient compliance in ocular conditions.
