Direkte intranukleären Injektion von cDNA ist eine effektive Transfektion Technik zur post-mitotischen Zellen. Diese Methode bietet ein hohes Maß an heterologen Proteinexpression von einzelnen oder mehreren cDNA-Konstrukte und ermöglicht Protein-Funktion, um in einem physiologisch relevanten Umfeld mit einer Vielzahl von Einzel-Zell-Assays untersucht werden.
