This protocol enables functional validation of dendritic cell activation through immune complex-mediated antigen uptake, providing a mechanistic readout for immunomodulatory candidate evaluation. By linking antigen processing to MHC-II and CD86 surface expression, it supports target de-risking in immuno-oncology programs.
