This article demonstrates the procedure for establishing a glioblastoma rat model by stereotactically injecting glioblastoma cells into the prefrontal cortex. The protocol enables researchers to create a reproducible in vivo model for studying glioblastoma progression and evaluating therapeutic interventions.
Establishing a reproducible glioblastoma rat model enables rigorous preclinical evaluation of tumor biology and therapeutic interventions.
