Hier presenteren we een geoptimaliseerd protocol voor het in beeld brengen van hele eierstokken voor kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve analyses met behulp van whole-mount immunostaining, multifotonenmicroscopie en 3D-visualisatie en -analyse. Dit protocol biedt een hoge doorvoer, betrouwbare en herhaalbare verwerking die van toepassing is op toxicologie, klinische diagnostiek en genomische testen van de ovariële functie.
