Detta protokoll presenterar en ny kirurgisk teknik för njurtransplantation hos möss med fokus på en modifierad arteriell anastomosstrategi. En vaskulär suturteknik inklusive en enkel och säkrare urinledar-urinblåsans anastomosmetod presenteras också. Dessa modifieringar förkortar operationstiden och förbättrar framgångsgraden för musnjurtransplantationsproceduren.
