Incucyte Imaging

Incucyte imaging is an automated live-cell analysis approach that captures images of cultured cells inside a controlled incubator, allowing researchers to monitor biology without repeatedly removing cultures for observation. The system uses integrated microscopy, scheduled image acquisition, and analysis software to track changes such as cell confluence, proliferation, migration, morphology, and fluorescent signals over time. In biology, this kinetic, noninvasive workflow supports studies of cell growth, wound healing, cytotoxicity, apoptosis, immune-cell activity, and drug responses. By generating time-resolved measurements from the same cultures, Incucyte imaging can reveal dynamic cellular behavior and improve the consistency and efficiency of experiments.
