Description

Heat and temperature are key ideas in thermodynamics and in everyday life. People often connect temperature with hot and cold, but science gives it a more precise meaning. Temperature is the quantity measured with a thermometer. It is also linked to the average translational kinetic energy of particles.

温度是衡量物体冷热程度的物理量,可以使用温度计进行测量。

较热的物体具有较高的温度,而较冷的物体则具有较低的温度。

例如,沸水感觉很热,因为其温度高于冷水。

当热水和冷水混合时,热量会从热水传递到冷水,直到两者的温度相等。

达到均匀温度后,热传递将停止,此时水被称为处于热平衡状态。

如果将加热的水放入冰箱中,它会逐渐冷却,直至达到冰箱的温度。

因此,热平衡是指两个相互接触的系统之间不再发生热量传递的状态。

如果一个物体被某种绝缘体与另一个系统隔开,将会延缓热平衡过程的进行。

因此,保温瓶能够长时间保持咖啡的温度,因为瓶壁之间的真空层起到隔热作用,限制了热量传递。
