今天我们要向大家演示怎样从酿酒酵母，也称面包酵母中纯化核酸。核酸包括脱氧核糖核酸（DNA）和核糖核酸（RNA)。本短片将讨论利用相分离和层析法从酵母中分离出这些核酸分子。
尽管有许多不同的纯化酵母核酸的方法，但多数方法的初始步骤是相同的。
首先从平板上挑取酵母单克隆细胞接种到YPD培养液。然后将其转移到摇床或旋转培养箱中，30℃过夜培养。
