Response To Intervention Model

The Response to Intervention (RTI) model is a data-driven framework for identifying and supporting learners who need additional academic or behavioral assistance. It uses a tiered system: universal, evidence-based instruction serves all students, targeted small-group interventions address emerging needs, and intensive, individualized support is provided when progress remains limited. In behavioral applications, educators define observable behaviors, collect baseline and ongoing progress-monitoring data, and adjust intervention intensity according to each student’s response. This structured process promotes early support, guides decisions about services, and helps schools evaluate whether behavioral strategies are effective while reducing reliance on delayed or subjective referrals.

All animal procedures described here must be conducted in accordance with institutional animal ethics guidelines and approved by IACUC. All procedures must follow the principles of the 3Rs—Replacement, Reduction, and Refinement—and must be performed by trained personnel. Monitoring Animals for Signs of Pain and Distress Recognizing early signs of pain is essential for ethical animal research. Animals are routinely monitored using behavioral, physical, and physiological parameters that reflect...

2025

Multiplex fluorescence immunoassays are becoming a reference for serology testing. Their application, however, is limited by the complexity and time-consuming bead-analyte coupling processes. This report presents a semi-automated, reproducible multiplex microsphere bead coupling protocol that is comparable to the standard method while considerably reducing time to results.

This protocol describes the methods of Tuina intervention in sodium monoiodoacetate injection-induced rat model of knee osteoarthritis (KOA), which provides a reference for the application of Tuina in KOA animal models. This protocol also studies the effective mechanism of Tuina for KOA, and the results will help promote its application.
