Hiplex Rnascope

HiPlex RNAscope is a multiplexed RNA in situ hybridization technique that visualizes several gene transcripts within intact tissue, preserving their spatial relationships for cancer research. It uses pairs of oligonucleotide probes that bind target RNA molecules, followed by branched-DNA signal amplification and sequential fluorescent imaging to distinguish multiple transcripts in the same specimen. This approach enables researchers to map gene expression across tumor cells, stromal compartments, and immune populations while maintaining tissue architecture. By linking molecular profiles to cellular location, HiPlex RNAscope supports biomarker validation, tumor microenvironment analysis, cancer classification, and investigation of treatment response in formalin-fixed or frozen samples.
