Carsim Simulink

CarSim Simulink is an integrated vehicle-dynamics simulation workflow that connects CarSim’s detailed virtual vehicle models with MATLAB Simulink, enabling engineers to evaluate automotive systems before physical testing. CarSim calculates vehicle, tire, road, and driver responses, while Simulink executes control algorithms and exchanges signals with the vehicle model at defined simulation time steps. This coupling supports the development and assessment of steering, braking, suspension, stability, and advanced driver-assistance systems under repeatable operating conditions. By enabling rapid virtual experiments and hardware-in-the-loop preparation, CarSim Simulink helps engineering teams analyze performance, identify design issues, and reduce reliance on costly road tests.

Flue gas from power plants is a cheap CO2 source for algal growth. We have built prototype "flue gas to algal cultivation" systems and described how to scale up the algal cultivation process. We have demonstrated the use of a mass-transfer bio-reaction model to simulate and to design the optimal operation of flue gas for the growth of Chlorella sp. in algal photo-bioreactors.

Here we describe a procedure allowing a detailed analysis of the phosphorylation-dependent activation of the IRF3 transcription factor. This is achieved through the combination of a high resolution SDS-PAGE and a native-PAGE coupled to immunoblots using multiple phosphospecific antibodies.
