Test Orchestration

Test orchestration is the coordinated management and execution of software tests across tools, environments, and stages of a development workflow. It works by scheduling test suites, resolving dependencies, selecting or provisioning target environments, distributing workloads, and collecting results so checks run in a controlled sequence or in parallel. In engineering, test orchestration connects unit, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing with continuous integration and delivery pipelines, helping teams obtain faster, more consistent feedback on software quality. It can also centralize logs and failure status, making defects easier to trace and supporting repeatable releases as systems grow more complex.

2020

Here, we present a protocol to use a curvelet transform-based, open-source MATLAB software tool for quantifying fibrillar collagen organization in the extracellular matrix of both normal and diseased tissues. This tool can be applied to images with collagen fibers or other types of line-like structures.

Microbial Control and Monitoring Strategies for Cleanroom Environments and Cellular Therapies

The protocol summarizes the best practices to minimize microbial bioburden in a cleanroom environment and includes strategies such as environmental monitoring, process monitoring, and product sterility testing. It is relevant for manufacturing and testing facilities that are required to meet current good tissue practice standards and current good manufacturing practice standards.

Drosophila Late Pupa Indirect Flight Muscle (IFM) Dissection: A Method for High-Throughput Tissue Collection

2023

The Drosophila flight muscles are used as a model system for muscle development and physiology. This video describes the flight musculature of adults and highlights a protocol to dissect developing indirect flight muscles that are suitable for RNA sequencing from pupae.

This method aims at locating vertical subsurface defects. Here, we couple a laser with a spatial light modulator and trigger its video input to heat a sample surface deterministically with two anti-phased modulated lines while acquiring highly resolved thermal images. The defect position is retrieved from evaluating thermal wave interference minima.

Using Synchrotron Radiation Microtomography to Investigate Multi-scale Three-dimensional Microelectronic Packages

For this study synchrotron radiation micro-tomography, a non-destructive three-dimensional imaging technique, is employed to investigate an entire microelectronic package with a cross-sectional area of 16 x 16 mm. Due to the synchrotron's high flux and brightness the sample was imaged in just 3 min with an 8.7 µm spatial resolution.
