在孵育结束时，再次离心细胞，并将沉淀物放入 4 μL 抗兔 IgG MicroBeads 和 96 μL 磁激活细胞分选缓冲液中孵育，用于血小板衍生生长因子受体 α 阳性细胞的磁珠分离，如刚才所示。为了培养 CD34 阳性血小板衍生的生长因子受体 α 阳性脂肪细胞祖细胞，将细胞接种在基础培养基中的单个 6 孔组织培养板中，并将板置于 37 摄氏度和 5% 二氧化碳的细胞培养箱中。3 次连续传代后，将细胞以 1 倍 10 至每孔 2 个细胞的速度接种到黑色 96 孔组织培养板中，并在 8、24、48 和 96 小时以 5 倍 10 至每孔第 4 个细胞的增殖，根据标准增殖测定方案。
