然后在流来水中清洗它们两分钟。在 200 mL 双蒸水中稀释 1 mg 高碘酸，然后将玻片浸入该溶液中 5 分钟。在流水下洗涤 1 分钟后，用 Schiff 试剂对载玻片染色 10 分钟，然后再次洗涤 5 分钟。
