Aaron T. Blanchard Biomedical Engineering Duke University Biography Publications Institution JoVE Articles Aaron T. Blanchard Dr. Aaron completed his PhD at Emory University, Atlanta, USA. There, he developed DNA-based molecular tension sensors and force generating molecular motors – technology that is broadly referred to as DNA mechanotechnology – under the supervision of Dr. Khalid Salaita. Aaron has continued to develop DNA nanotechnology-based tools and study mechanobiology as a post-doctoral scholar at the University of Michigan and Duke University.
