Dna Construct Injection

DNA construct injection is a technique for introducing engineered DNA molecules into living cells or developing embryos to study gene function or produce genetically modified organisms. Using a fine needle or other delivery system, researchers place a DNA construct containing a selected gene and regulatory sequences directly into the target, where the construct can remain transiently expressed or become incorporated into the genome. In biology, this method supports transgene expression, lineage tracing, functional genomics, and the creation of model organisms. The resulting changes help researchers examine gene regulation, development, disease mechanisms, and potential therapeutic strategies.
