Herstellung von Zinkoxid-Nanopartikeln und die Bewertung ihrer antibakteriellen Wirkung

In dieser Studie wurden Zinkoxid-Nanopartikel mit Hilfe eines Fällungsverfahrens synthetisiert. Die antibakterielle Wirkung der synthetisierten Partikel wurde gegen multiresistente Methicillin-resistente Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) und Pseudomonas aeruginosa Bakterienstämme getestet.
Antibiotikaresistente bakterielle Infektionen entwickeln sich derzeit zu einem globalen Problem. Um dieses Problem anzugehen, haben wir uns auf die Entwicklung antibakterieller metallischer Nanopartikel konzentriert, wobei verschiedene Mechanismen zur Ausrottung von Bakterienzellen eingesetzt werden. Zinkoxid-Nanopartikel sind für ihre hervorragenden antibakteriellen Eigenschaften bekannt.
Da sie von der FDA zugelassen sind, sind sie bekanntermaßen biokompatibel mit dem menschlichen Körper. Der große Vorteil unserer Zinkoxid-Nanopartikel-Synthesemethode liegt in ihrer Einfachheit und relativ kurzen Synthesezeit im Vergleich zu anderen Protokollen, da sie auf fällungsbasierter Synthese basiert. Dies macht es aus Sicht der Kommerzialisierung zu einer hocheffektiven Methode, insbesondere für die Massenproduktion, und darüber hinaus trägt auch die chemische Synthese ohne spezielle Ausrüstung zu seiner Attraktivität bei.
Unser Forschungsteam plant, die antibakterielle Therapie mit Zinkoxid-Nanopartikeln oder anorganischen Nanopartikeln weiterzuentwickeln und in die Wirkstoffverabreichung für reale Anwendungen zu integrieren. Um eine effektivere bakterienspezifische Behandlung zu erreichen, werden wir Antikörper und Lektine verwenden, um Bakterien zu bekämpfen, die allgemeine Zelltoxizität von Partikeln zu minimieren und Forschung zur Abgabe von Partikeln an Krankheitserreger in realen Infektionsumgebungen durchzuführen.
