Aquí, presentamos el protocolo de fabricación de un dispositivo basado en transistor de efecto de campo modulado por carga orgánica (OCMFET) para la interfaz celular in vitro . El dispositivo, llamado matriz micro OCMFET, es un dispositivo flexible, de bajo costo y sin referencias, que permitirá el monitoreo de las actividades eléctricas y metabólicas de los cultivos celulares electroactivos.
