化学物質の刺激に対する細胞移動や反応は一般にケモタキシス、又は走化性と呼ばれます。 これから、C.エレガンスを用いた走化性アッセイ法を学んでいきます。 またこのアッセイ法を用い、どのように学習記憶や嗅覚順応、アルツハイマー病等の研究が進められているか見て行きましょう。
