Modified Long Head of Biceps Tendon Rerouting and Fixation as Partial Capsular Reconstruction for Massive Irreparable Rotator Cuff Tears

上記の選定基準を満たす患者は、大規模で修復不能な回旋筋腱板断裂(MIRCT)を治療するために低侵襲技術を受けました。患者は60歳の右利き優位女性で、BMIは24、症状は20か月続きました。糖尿病、高血圧、その他の全身性疾患の既往はありませんでした。患者は右肩に強い痛みと可動域の制限を訴えました。患者のドロップアーム検査は陽性でした。術前MRIでは右肩にMIRCTが認められ、上腕骨頭の静的な上方移動と筋肉の広範な脂肪浸潤が認められました。腱は関節幹の高さまで後退していました(図2)。
