Cd45ra Cd90

CD45RA and CD90 are cell-surface markers used to characterize immune, stem-like, and tumor-associated cell populations, making them valuable for phenotypic analysis in cancer research. CD45RA is an isoform of the leukocyte common antigen CD45, while CD90 is a glycoprotein whose expression varies among hematopoietic, stromal, and other cell types; researchers detect both by antibody-based flow cytometry or cell sorting. Their combined expression patterns can help distinguish cellular subsets, assess differentiation states, and isolate populations for functional studies. This profiling supports investigation of tumor–immune interactions, cancer-associated cells, disease progression, and potential biomarkers for diagnosis or treatment response.
