Mri Registration

MRI registration is the computational alignment of two or more magnetic resonance images so that corresponding anatomical structures occupy the same spatial coordinates. It typically uses image features or intensity patterns to estimate a transformation, such as translation, rotation, scaling, or nonlinear deformation, then resamples one image to match a reference while minimizing a similarity error. In medicine, this process supports comparison of scans acquired at different times, fusion of multimodal images, motion correction, and mapping anatomy to standardized templates, improving longitudinal assessment, treatment planning, and quantitative analysis of structural or functional changes.

2026

Shelf registration is an essential tool for companies to raise capital flexibly and efficiently. It is a provision by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that enables companies to file a single registration for securities they intend to issue over time rather than all at once. This process offers multiple advantages.Flexibility and Convenience: Shelf registration allows companies to issue securities in phases per market conditions and funding needs rather than raising all capital at...

The goal of this study is to use magnetic resonance venography with long-circulating gadolinium-based contrast agent and direct thrombus imaging for quantitative evaluation of DVT volume in a multicenter, clinical trial setting. Inter- and intra-observer variability assessments were conducted, and reproducibility of the protocol was determined.

A Dual Tracer PET-MRI Protocol for the Quantitative Measure of Regional Brain Energy Substrates Uptake in the Rat

Small-animal positron emission tomography enables the assessment of the brain's two main energy substrates: glucose and ketones. In the present method, 11C-acetoacetate and 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose are injected sequentially in each animal, and their uptake is measured quantitatively in specific brain regions determined from the magnetic resonance images.
