Non-pharmacological therapies of traditional Chinese medicine are widely used to treat diseases in China and even globally. Standard non-pharmacological therapies include but are not limited to acupuncture, tuina, moxibustion, and cupping. With the advantages of safety and convenience, it has been proven effective in treating various diseases, such as neuromusculoskeletal, internal, gynecological, and pediatric diseases.
In recent years, there have been more and more studies on the mechanisms of non-pharmacological therapies, most of which are based on experiments with animals, such as rats, mice, and rabbits. Thus, the goal of this Methods Collection is to collect a variety of non-pharmacological therapies in experimental animals in order to visualize these therapies and help more people understand and use them.
