Collection Overview

The exponential growth of medical big data presents both unprecedented opportunities and significant challenges for modern clinical research. Bridging complex disease mechanisms and translating laboratory discoveries into clinical practice increasingly relies on the integration of artificial intelligence (AI), bioinformatics, and advanced analytical methodologies, including Mendelian Randomization and bibliometric analysis. These data-driven approaches enable researchers to move beyond wet-lab paradigms, offering powerful tools to predict clinical trajectories, identify causal relationships, and uncover novel therapeutic targets with greater precision.

This collection aims to showcase practical applications and methodological innovations in leveraging AI, bioinformatics, and advanced analytics for clinical research. By emphasizing robust computational frameworks and intelligent medicine strategies, it provides guidance for navigating complex, multidimensional datasets, thereby accelerating biomedical discovery and advancing the realization of precision medicine.
