Morpholino Delivery

Morpholino delivery is the process of introducing morpholino antisense oligonucleotides into cells or embryos so they can regulate specific gene expression, making it a valuable tool in biological research. After entry, a morpholino binds a complementary RNA sequence through base pairing and sterically blocks translation or alters pre-mRNA splicing without degrading the target RNA. Researchers use microinjection, electroporation, or carrier-based transfection to deliver morpholinos in contexts such as developmental biology, gene-function studies, and disease modeling. Effective delivery is essential because uptake, distribution, persistence, and concentration influence knockdown strength, experimental specificity, and interpretation of resulting phenotypes.

Service Delivery

2024

Service delivery involves the entire service process, from engaging with the customer to delivering the service. A critical aspect is ensuring that services are accessible and timely to meet customer expectations. Unlike physical products, services are intangible and cannot be stored, so they must be delivered precisely when needed. For example, while meal delivery services must arrive at the specified time to maintain quality, automated digital services like software updates or cloud backups...
