Bu çalışma, hepatit B virüsü (HBV) antijenlerini hedef alan T hücrelerinin evlat edinme yoluyla aktarılması ve fare modelinde viral protein üretimini indüklemek için plazmitlerin hidrodinamik verilişini araştırmaktadır. Metodoloji, HBV'ye karşı bağışıklık tepkisini aktive etmek için karaciğer hücrelerinde plazmit alımını artırmak amacıyla hassas enjeksiyon tekniklerini içermektedir.
Adoptive transfer of HBV antigen-specific T cells, combined with hydrodynamic plasmid delivery, enables precise interrogation of immune-mediated viral suppression in a controlled in vivo system. This approach provides a robust platform for evaluating T cell efficacy, mechanistic de-risking, and target validation in antiviral therapeutic development. The model supports predictive confidence for early-stage portfolio decisions in immunotherapy pipelines targeting chronic viral infections.
This method integrates into the discovery-to-preclinical continuum by enabling functional validation of engineered T cells and quantitative assessment of antiviral activity in vivo.
