Bu yöntem etkili bir kanser hücrelerinin damar invaziv yeteneğini test etmek zebrafish embriyolar kullanır. Floresan kanser hücrelerinin gelişmekte olan embriyo precardiac sinüs ve yumurta sarısı kesesinin içine enjekte edilir. Kanser hücresi vasküler invazyon ve damar dışına 24-96 saat sonra kuyruk bölgenin floresan mikroskobu ile değerlendirilir.
