Vi præsenterer her, en protokol for produktion og præ-klinisk afprøvning af murine CD19 bil T celler af retroviral transduktion og udnyttelse som en terapi mod etablerede syngeneic A20 B-celle lymfom i BALB/c mus med eller uden lymphodepleting forudgående konditionering.
