Vi demonstrerar encellig kultur av bakterier inuti jätte blåsor (GVs). GVs som innehåller bakterieceller bereddes av DROPP överföringsmetoden och immobiliserades på ett membran som stöds på ett glas substrat för direkt observation av bakterietillväxt. Den här metoden kan också vara anpassningsbar till andra celler.
