Vaskuläre Reaktionen des arteriellen Lungenkreislaufs können mit Hilfe von intrapulmonalen Arterien (IPA) und vaskulären glatten Muskelzellen (VSMCs) erforscht werden. Die vorliegende Studie beschreibt detailliert die Isolierung von IPA und die Protokolle, die zur Untersuchung der Vasorelaxation als Reaktion auf physiologische Reize verwendet werden.
