L15 Media Supplement

L15 media supplement is an added formulation used with L-15 cell-culture medium to support the maintenance and growth of cultured cells under controlled laboratory conditions. Its components provide nutrients and other chemical requirements that help sustain cellular metabolism, while the complete medium is adjusted to maintain suitable pH, osmotic balance, and environmental stability during culture. In biology research, L15 media supplements are used for routine cell propagation, microscopy, toxicity studies, and experimental assays. Consistent supplementation improves cell viability and reproducibility, helping researchers investigate cell behavior, responses to treatments, and disease-related processes in vitro.
