Biography

Simone Sidoli is an Assistant Professor at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Department of Biochemistry, and Scientific Director of the Einstein Proteomics Core. Dr. Sidoli applies proteomics to identify the composition and dynamics of chromatin. This includes the development of new quantitative methods to identify histone modifications, locus-specific proteomes, and biomarkers in disease. His lab is invested in innovating new 3D cell models to reduce the necessity of animal testing, and in advancing the use of minimally invasive devices to collect biopsies.
