The Final Concentration of EGTA in Solution 2 and the Final Concentration of Calcium chloride dihydrate in solutions 3 and 4 have been updated in Table 1.

1). In the recipe for Solution 2, the Final Concentration of EGTA has been changed from:

EGTA 0.1mM

to:

EGTA 1mM

2). In the recipes for Solution 3 and 4, the Final Concentration of Calcium chloride dihydrate has been changed from:

Calcium chloride dihydrate 0.5µM

to:

Calcium chloride dihydrate 5mM
